Orders- All resin orders take about 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the item. All payments are to be compleated in full for your order to be processed. Pins and other handmade items take about 2-3 days to package.
Pre Orders Policy- NO REFUNDS ON PRE ORDERED ITEMS. The only way I would offer a refund for any pre orders is if somthing happened to the item during production which I deemed unsellable. If there was a mistake in printing where it hinders the look of the product, I may offer partical refunds. If you pre order an item and you also order an in hand item, you will need to wait till the pre order is fullfilled to recieve your in hand items.
Pin Grades- All pins are MIXED GRADE, this means you will eaither a A or B grade pin. C or D grade pins are sold as extras for a discount. C-grades can include, extremly crooked posts, noticable scratches, or missing enamel fill.
Returns- Pins By Wisteria DOES NOT offer any refunds and returns on any item.
Custom Orders- Pins By Wisteria offers custom order options. To place an order, you will need to DM us on Instagram or click the "Contact" button on the menu bar. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Be aware custom orders do fill up fast, I will close them when they are full (FOR ITEMS ONLY NOT PINS)
Shipping- Pins By Wisteria offers shipping through USPS. Most orders will be shipped the next business day depending on if item is already made. For MADE TO ORDER items, the procesesing time takes about 2-3 weeks to create. Pins By Wisteria is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We offer shipping insurance through USPS which is an extra $2.00, please add to shopping cart if looking to add on to package. If not added, package will not be insured, we are also not responsible for those errors.
